Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Arresto Momentum Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard personal data when you visit arresto.tech (the “Website”) or contact us.
We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Arresto Momentum Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom. For any privacy-related queries, please use the contact details in section 9.
2. The data we collect
Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your company name (if you choose to provide it) and the contents of your message.
Technical data
When you visit the Website, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically collect limited technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you access — in server logs, for security and operational purposes.
We do not knowingly collect special category (sensitive) data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiries.
3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- To operate, secure and maintain the Website — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the Website safe and available.
- To comply with legal obligations, where applicable — lawful basis: legal obligation.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. Our content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Website and ensure it functions correctly. All typefaces are served directly from our own infrastructure, so no third-party font provider receives your IP address.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us.
- Cloudflare — provides content delivery and security, processing technical and traffic data including IP addresses.
- Our hosting provider — stores the Website and related server logs.
Some of these providers are located outside the United Kingdom (including in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected — typically up to 24 months after our last contact with you — after which it is deleted, unless we are required to retain it longer to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse — including delivering this Website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and limiting access to enquiry data to those who need it.
